We are expanding our automotive engineering capabilities and seeking Expert-level professionals with 10+ years of Automotive R&D experience to contribute to advanced vehicle development and engineering programs.

Open Positions
We are currently hiring for four Automotive R&D Expert positions:
1. Automotive Electrical & Electronics – System Design Expert
We are looking for an experienced automotive electrical and electronics professional with strong expertise in system-level design and development.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in automotive electrical/electronic systems and the ability to work across engineering functions to support complex vehicle development programs.
2. Automotive Powertrain – System Design Expert
TAS Vietnam is seeking a senior Powertrain professional with deep technical knowledge and extensive Automotive R&D experience.
This role is suited to an engineer who can contribute to powertrain system development, technical decision-making, system-level engineering, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
3. Automotive Interior – Design Expert
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Interior professional with strong expertise in vehicle interior design and development.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of automotive product development and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver technically robust interior solutions.
4. Automotive Testing & Validation – Expert
TAS Vietnam is also looking for an experienced automotive testing and validation professional.
This position requires strong technical knowledge and practical experience in automotive testing, validation, engineering development, and cross-functional technical coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering or a related engineering field
- 10+ years of experience in Automotive R&D
- Deep technical expertise relevant to one of the positions above
- Strong understanding of automotive engineering and vehicle development processes
- Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to work in Da Nang, Vietnam
